Processing & Shipping Policy

Orders require approximately 10–12 business days for processing and 2–4 business days for shipping. Please allow up to 16 days total from the date of purchase to receive your package.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 10–13 days of placing your order. Before contacting us regarding tracking, please check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folders.

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong size, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, no changes or adjustments can be made to your order.
